Significant achievement of Law firm has been judgement of Czech Constitutional Court dated 15. 4. 2014, Ref. No.: II ÚS 3076/13, which have been breakthrough in the issue of copyright royalties

Another significant achievement is currently the judicial finding of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic dated May 21, 2019 – Judgment III. ÚS 3102/16. According to this finding, copyright collective societies shall not automatically recover the copyright royalties from tavern and restaurant owners. First, it must be checked and proved that the television, radio or similar broadcasting contains any copyright works or artists’ performances contracted and represented by these copyright collective societies.
